My story

I lived  being burnt out for years.

I thought the dream was created through constant hustle. I hated my job, yet I packed my my whole day full around it. I didn't give myself any room to breathe and relax.

I was always on edge, anxiety levels sky rocketing, chasing more. The constant exhaustion was making me miss out on things that actually mattered and I knew things had to change.

So, I started a quest for a new way of living.

I read self help book after self help book, researched ways to slow down and help anxiety, & I stumbled across slow living.

Thus began making the changes. I took it one shift at a time, making sure everything was sustainable. I created my dream life with my dream mindset.

& I want this for you, too. Which is why I created this guide to help women start manifesting their future.
